The respawn location is just below the Serendia Northern Plain node.

Giant Treant
Spawns on the Hermit's Grove node below the Western Guard Camp.
You can leave the transport near the manager. The walking tree hits everyone with its long branches, but it doesn't reach very far. In addition, sometimes summons assistants, and also throws stones at random targets. During a fit of rage, when it turns red, it deals damage to everyone nearby.
Red nose
Spawns behind the northwestern wall of the West Guard Camp.
The boss is armed with a huge scimitar, which he mainly damages. He jumps a lot, including falling on his belly, but does little damage. The strongest attack is the battle cry. He completely destroys hit points, so it’s better not to stand in front of the Nose at this time. The attack area is not highlighted.
Kzarka
Creeps out into the Sanctuary of Serendia.
It has four powerful paws with which it beats everyone. Kzarka's strongest tricks are narrowly focused fire breath and a large diameter attack around the boss. In the latter case, you can hide behind a column or move away.
Pencil
Appears on the top of the mountain just above the knot of the Karanda Ridge.
It spits something incomprehensible at the chosen target, and also strongly beats its wings. Summons assistants that easily kill a single target. Periodically flies up and sprinkles with sharp feathers, which, with weak armor, immediately kill the character. In this case, you should hide directly under the boss: there is a small area where the damage does not pass.
Ancient Kutum
The respawn location is the Red Sand Stone Hall.
The main attack is a blow with his own body, the length of which is enough to get the RDD. Has a habit of falling right into the camera, thus blocking the view. In addition, this boss has some strong tricks in store.
Firstly, he can hide underground and, sticking out his nose, give an electric shock. The attack area is highlighted in red. Secondly, Kutum can start diving, dealing damage when he comes to the surface. In the area of its appearance, a black haze arises from the ground.
Watch out for the most dangerous attack, when the worm aims its muzzle into the ground and uses some of its technology. At the same time, converging concentric circles appear on the ground, into the center of which it drags characters who did not have time to teleport or blink out of the affected area, completely demolishing their hit points.
Nouver
Appears in the desert, where navigation does not work. The easiest way to get to the spawn location is to drive east from the Eastern Bazaar.
Once upon a time, this dragon had many one-shot skills, but after numerous fixes it became frankly weak, despite its formidable appearance and impressive size. Beats the characters with paws and wings, moving smartly across the sand, and can also jump on someone's head. Summons sand whirlwinds that do almost no damage, but do a good stun.
Sometimes it flies into the sky and spits fireballs at the character it likes best. Against such an attack, a block helps, and anyone who has it. The strongest attack is a narrow long strip in front of the muzzle, along which the dragon releases a jet of fire.
Resp World Bosses
The appearance of a raid boss is signaled by a formidable message in the center of the screen, accompanied by a unique sound design. And if you are still confused, then in a month or two you will begin to determine who exactly respawned by the boss's cry.
RBs appear simultaneously on all channels immediately after the shout. The exception is Nuber, in the case of which a sandstorm occurs first, and the dragon itself appears exactly half an hour after the notification. No one knows the exact time of the appearance of any boss, but the site rpgdon.com helps to determine the approximate time, where you can find information about the beginning of the respawn of all raid bosses in Black Desert.
Keep in mind that the boss will not necessarily appear when the respawn begins: he may be delayed for an hour, or even two. In addition, there is a special channel in Discord where you can find out about the status of the boss on a particular channel.
If your main character wanders around the game world a lot, he may not make it to the world boss spawn in time and get little loot. What to do in this case? Experienced players use twins, which they switch to when a world boss appears. It can be like an already pumped character, the interest in which has decreased, or created specifically for farming world bosses. There is an opinion that a level 50 character with green quality equipment enchanted by +16 and an attack value of 150 or more is enough.
However, nothing prevents you from dressing a twin better, leveling up to 56 and using awakened, or leveling up to 58 to activate more damage skills. Twin and his horse should be left in Heidel: from here it is fastest to get to most of the world, with the exception of Nuver and Kutum, which spawn in Valencia. It's a little far away, so there are usually fewer people there. Please note: upon death from a world boss, there is a chance of destruction of inlay stones. If you have a frail twin that dies a lot, equip it with expensive gems. Also, upon death, as with a regular mob, experience is lost.
Drop of regular and top equipment
In fact, no one knows the algorithm for dropping top equipment, that is, nominal weapons and armor from the boss set, but everything is decided here, as usual, at random. It has been noticed that there is a high probability of getting top equipment on the first or second trip to the world boss.
The damage dealt influences the additional loot received: Liberto and Awakened blue-quality weapon boxes that sell well at the auction, as well as hunter's seals, gold bars, inlay topstones, and seals of Kzarka, Karanda, Nuber and Kutum, 100 of which can be exchanged on the appropriate weapon by taking the quest. It is logical that the faster you get to the respawn place and start killing the raid boss, the more damage he will get from you. Therefore, be sure to get another frisky horse and equip him with sharpened horseshoes.
Boss Knowledge
Do not forget about such a useful feature as knowing the S rank, which increases the chance of dropping valuable loot. You can get knowledge about some bosses:
- Kzarka - Delpenio, manager of the Node Sanctuary of Serendia;
- Karanda - Claxtor that controls the Karanda Ridge node;
- Kutum - Desallam, manager of the Red Sand Stone Hall node;
- Nouver - can be obtained from the quest in the Ivvelap Oasis, and then again from the local groom Eugene;
How to get the necessary knowledge?
We send one character to the librarian Annalise in Calpheon and for 10 influence points we remove the knowledge that already exists. We send the second character to the NPC who gives this knowledge, and we get it again. We switch between characters, deleting knowledge and getting it again until the desired rank is reached.
Rules of conduct in the raid
During a trip to the world boss, it is recommended to follow the world chat - usually the players are here and exchange information about the state of the boss's health on the region's channel group and agree on which channel to go to next. Having farmed in one channel, you can jump to another if the cooldown allows.
Farming usually starts from the first and further down the list, so you can manage to kill the boss in the region from two to four times, especially if there are few players at the moment. Of course, nothing prevents you from jumping to the channel, where there are fewer people: this will increase the chance of getting something valuable when killing the boss. The main thing is to think with your own head and do not look for commanders who will tell you which channel to go to and what to do next.
Some players leak outright misinformation: for example, about the full HP of the boss on the channel where he was killed a long time ago, or about the absence of the boss on the channel where he just started to be beaten. It’s better to send them to emergency situations right away: experience shows that most of them are trolls, who are not even close to the RB respawn site. World bosses are farmed by the same contingent, and very quickly you will understand whose words you can trust. I do not advise you to pay attention to local clowns who let out the same hackneyed jokes about bosses.
What class to beat the world bosses does not play a special role. The main thing is to do it well: this way you are guaranteed to get something of value. Therefore, it is better to choose the one that you like best, and not the one that is rumored to be the most imb in the game.
Games cannot do without combat mechanics, which is one of the important components. In half of them, in addition to the usual opponents of a particular strength, with certain abilities, there are also special encounters with bosses. The developers of Black Desert approached this issue in an unusual way and divided all the bosses into four varieties at once - quest, group, draft and raid.
Let's consider them in more detail.
Classification of bosses in Black Desert
Quest bosses include opponents that are quite easy to kill against the background of the other three groups. Any player can destroy the quest boss in Black Desert, and on their own. There is a possibility of destruction by playing in groups. Enemies cannot boast of huge strength, so there should be no problems with their destruction. We will not consider them separately, since in most cases they are all identical.
Group bosses are those opponents that can only be destroyed in a group. It is pointless to go to battle with them yourself. The group consists of a maximum of five people. Sufficiently strong opponents, which complicates your task. Black Desert group bosses are daily and weekly.
Using the scroll, which you can get with the help of loot, it becomes possible to fight the summoning bosses. You can kill draft bosses both independently and in a group of 2-3 people.
But the most interesting world bosses in Black Desert are the raid ones. On the other hand, these are the most powerful and dangerous enemies, which are few in Black Desert. Raid bosses appear rarely, randomly. The developers did not provide for a systematic spawn, so it is unrealistic to predict when the opportunity to fight them will appear.
From raid bosses you can knock out unique items, large amounts of money. The purpose of creating raid opponents is to maintain interest in rivalry between guilds and individual groups of gamers. To fight the boss, you have to confront other gamers. Only the strongest will be able to get the right to confront him. This leads to the guild war being ignited.
There is also no time for the boss to respawn. Its appearance can be expected both in a few days, and in a few weeks or months. And it can appear immediately after the destruction. This game is very similar to Lineage 2.
Your reward will depend on the level of the players in the group that destroys it. The higher the level, the better the loot will be. There are no regularities for its fall.
The most annoying ability of raid bosses in Black Desert is health regeneration. It is clear that one cannot destroy such an enemy alone. Very often, these mobs have attacks with AoE damage at a great distance.

Huge Mud Monster in Black Desert
You can meet this enemy in a small settlement, which is teeming with ordinary mobs similar to it. A gloomy and foggy area patrolled by unpleasant creatures. Outwardly, it is quite easy to distinguish them by a dense layer of dirt and sand.

On the skin of the world boss in Black Desert, you can notice small mud golems that also attack their opponent. The monster has 100% stun and hold resistance, so get ready for non-stop attacks. Use the usual tactics of group battles.
When the boss is killed, you will receive from 10 to 20 sharpenings and a Paring dagger, which increases the character's evasion.
Red nose in Black Desert
Look for this enemy on a large stone hill. This is the leader of the level 40 imps, nicknamed Red Nose. As you understand, he received such a nickname for a reason - pay attention to his large curved nose. In principle, this is a feature of the face of any imps. You will have to fight not only with him, but also with his followers. Causes bleeding with almost every hit. Wields a huge sword made of stone, performing sweeping attacks with it.
Red nose Often uses attacks from the air, jumping up and falling on the player with all his weight. Keep in mind that with decreasing health, the Red Nose becomes even stronger and more dangerous. Increases attack and movement speed. There is a 30% chance of dropping three types of helmets after killing the boss. The boss has a 10% chance to drop his armor.
Hexa Marie in Black Desert
This is a dangerous and difficult world boss in Black Desert, the battle with which looks quite interesting. Hexa Marie is a dark spellcaster and witch. The main feature of this enemy can be called the fact that with the help of her bats she moves from place to place. Although, one can argue here, because the boss in Black Desert, in addition to everything else, can also become invisible.
This makes the fight harder. You can find the witch in her dwelling, located on the location of living corpses. Above her house, you can see many bats, and the area around the house is filled with withered trees.
Once you finally destroy Hexa Marie, you will receive enchants for armor and weapons. Opponent has a 30% chance to drop a Liberto weapon.
Dragon Nouver in Black Desert
Once in the desert, you can get lost due to the inability to use the autopath and minimap. Therefore, you must learn to navigate. But the most important thing in this matter is to move in a direct route so as not to go in circles. Your journey through the desert begins with the oriental bazaar. Follow the minimap in the direction of 4 o'clock without turning anywhere. After 2-3 minutes you will meet the same Dragon.
Changes to the mechanics of the battle with Nouver have been made several times already. This was due to frequent complaints from gamers about the incredibly powerful skills of the raid boss, which made him completely invulnerable. Because of this, farming Nouver was difficult and incurred serious financial costs, which did not pay off even by 10% in those situations when the chest did not fall out of the Dragon.
At the moment, in the domestic localization of Black Desert, the Nouver Dragon does not pose a serious threat, but it simply won’t be in battle with him anyway.
Dragon Nuber - Most of the time, approximately 75-85%, the Dragon will be passive. We are talking about a three-hit mode: left paw, roundhouse kick, right paw. To evade such attacks, it is enough to use strafes or a block.
- Dragon Ult - The monster jumps up and hits in a radius equal to its size. It is the most powerful move of the raid boss, but it is quite easy to kite. He uses his ult in combination with other moves. The combo consists of ult, turn-breath-front paws, turn-front paws. Use all the same strafes and blocks.
- Call of the hurricane. Before burrowing into the ground, the Dragon activates several funnels at once with unpleasant control. These funnels are a serious problem when farming. They disappear after 20-25 seconds. When Nouver emerges from the ground after disappearing, it can deal massive damage.
- One of the most unpredictable skills of a raid boss is a jump in one direction or another, which he performs over long distances. It's hard to avoid him.
- If you lure the Dragon away from the spawn point, it will move there automatically. The health bar does not regenerate.
- Using takeoff, the Dragon can hover in the air for a long time, attacking you with fireballs. When hit, the balls knock the player down. With the second shot, the raid boss in Black Desert tries to finish off the fallen target. The amount of time the boss stays in the sky is related to the location of your raid. If you stand in a heap, it will be fast. And if people run at different points, then the Dragon will not calm down until it has flown around almost everyone. In this case, the case may drag on for minutes. If the character who aggroed the raid boss dies and runs from the node, then you can safely do other things - this is for a long time.
The boss respawn in Black Desert lasts approximately 45 hours. After death, the cooldown is 32 hours, and another 12 goes to the random respawn of the boss in Black Desert. If the server was restarted or technical work was carried out on it, then Nouver will appear 8 hours after the resumption of work (8 + 12 hours for random). The raid boss can appear on the combat channels at the time of the siege.
If you want to make money, then farming this raid boss in Black Desert is not the best idea. The chance that a chest will drop after it is destroyed is very low, but there is a high probability that you will have to spend tears and stones. This is a kind of roulette, so it's up to you. Verbe (dragon)
Willow spawns in the Valencia Desert, at one of three random locations. Coordinates: x8100y2300, x7300y50 and x10050y350 (marks on the map are approximate). Verbe appears 30 minutes after the announcement. Before the appearance, the location plunges into darkness. The boss drops a legendary (yellow) secondary weapon with 6-8 attack power, a -10% bonus to incoming damage, and two gem sockets. Sharpening increases damage and accuracy.
Karanda (Queen of the Harpies)
Karanda appears on the ridge of the same name, located northeast of Calpheon and southwest of Velia. The boss drops a legendary (yellow) awakened weapon intended for level 56+ characters. In addition, you will have to complete a special task and open a talent tree.
Dungeons
December 2015 Akhkeman Ruins and Historical Ruins dungeons have appeared on Korean servers. They are located underground and can only be entered through a portal. Portals appear at random points in the Valencia Desert.
