Now, probably, in every house there is this miracle helper - a slow cooker, and I got it quite recently, but I wanted it for a very long time, for some reason I kept postponing this purchase for later. And then my relatives gave it to me for my birthday - my daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter, which I am extremely happy about. After all, this technique works wonders: it bakes, fries, boils, bakes, cooks all sorts of usefulness for a couple, and you can deep-fry something. As a matter of fact, I am experimenting with it and have not yet found a single minus, I hope I will not find it.
So, let's prepare all the necessary products for baking a pear pie in a slow cooker and start cooking.
Pour milk at room temperature into a bowl, add melted butter.
Wash and beat the eggs.
Add sugar, salt, vanilla.
Shake with a whisk into a homogeneous mass.
Add flour and baking powder, mix well with a whisk, or you can use a mixer.
Lubricate the multicooker bowl with butter and pour the dough.
Wash the pears, remove the core and cut into slices, put on the dough, during the baking process they will sink inside.
We install the bowl in the multicooker, close the lid, install the program BAKERY PRODUCTS, cooking time - 1 hour. Cooking pear pie in a slow cooker until the end of the program.

Pie with fragrant pears and cottage cheese in a slow cooker
It's hard not to love dishes like fruit pies stuffed with juicy apples, plums or pears. This pastry is no less popular than cakes (especially in cold weather, when the body lacks vitamins).
Summer residents also respect such recipes: this is a great way to process fruits. Our pear pie in a multicooker is great for cooking both outside the city (there is nothing easier - to take your favorite assistant with you to the country house), and inside it.
We will get a tender, but at the same time dense pie, with elastic slices of pears and a creamy aroma that will organically complement the sweetness of fruits.
To achieve such a bouquet, we enriched the recipe with cottage cheese. By the way, fermented milk products go well with fruit and berry fillings.
The whole cooking process is not particularly difficult, and since baking will be brought to readiness by a slow cooker, you don’t have to worry that the edges of the product will not be baked or the dough will rise unevenly: dishes from a slow cooker always turn out, as in the picture of a culinary magazine.
We will cook pear pie in a slow cooker from the following products:
To make the pastries incredibly fragrant, you can add (optional):
- Cinnamon - ½ tsp;
- Vanilla sugar - ½ tsp
All fruit dishes “love” both cinnamon and vanilla: these spices help to reveal the taste of fruits. You may need to adjust the list of ingredients a bit, depending on the type of pear.
Our recipe is designed for fruits that are not very sweet, so if you are lucky enough to purchase (or grow on your site) honey pears, the amount of sugar can be reduced so that the finished baking is not too cloying.
Step 1
Dishes such as pies are always made with softened butter. Our recipe is no exception. Therefore, take care in advance that the oil is at the right temperature - room temperature.
Put the soft butter in a bowl, rub with sugar and vanilla sugar until a relatively homogeneous mass. You don't even need a mixer, just vigorously work with a whisk.
Step 2
The cottage cheese will give the cake a dense texture. However, if it is not ground first, the dough may not rise: this fermented milk product is quite heavy.
Therefore, we need to turn it into a tender, airy mass that easily integrates into the dough without weighing it down.
Ancient recipes suggested using a sieve for these purposes. But we are people who know how to use the benefits of civilization, so we will bring the cottage cheese to the desired state with an immersion blender.
Put the grated cottage cheese (there should be no lumps left in it) to the oil mixture, mix with a whisk. Now add eggs one at a time, each time thoroughly kneading the future pie.
Step 3
Be sure to sift the baking powder and flour: this way you will enrich the dry ingredients with air. Some recipes call for the flour and baking powder to be sifted into a separate bowl and then gradually added to the egg and curd mixture.
In fact, this is not so important. For our dish, it will be enough if you sift the flour with baking powder directly into a bowl with butter, eggs and cottage cheese. If everything was done correctly in the previous steps, the pastry will rise perfectly.
Step 4
Wash the pears, cut into halves and remove the cores with seeds. The shape of the cut doesn't really matter.
We wanted to cut the fruit into thin slices so that the finished pastries look aesthetically pleasing and elegant. In addition, thin slices will definitely bake well.
Peel or not? It depends on the variety of the fruit and the method of cutting. If you prefer thin, graceful slices, you can leave the peel on: it will not be felt in the pie. And if you prefer large pieces, and the fruit has a dense peel, then it is better to “undress” it.
Step 5
Lubricate the multicooker bowl with oil. Put all the dough into a bowl. Arrange pear slices on top: in a fan, in circles, in a spiral - as your imagination tells you.
A pear pie will be cooked in a slow cooker in the “Baking” mode for 50-60 minutes. Like other dishes of this type, we will check the readiness of the pie with a match or a splinter.
The recipe does not limit your imagination. It is not necessary to decorate the cake with pears only on top, as in our photo.
You can mix the dough with fruit (you get pastries like charlotte) or lay out the dough and fruits in alternating layers.
After readiness, the product should stand in the appliance for about a third of an hour. It can then be removed using the steam basket. Be sure to wait until the cake has completely cooled: it tastes much better when cold!
Our simple recipe can be adapted to your needs. Sugar is miraculously replaced by honey - an obvious benefit to the body and a unique spicy aroma.
Almonds are the unexpected twist that will transform the cake from a weekend staple to a gourmet dessert.

What is a pie in a slow cooker? I beat the dough, prepared the filling, and you can forget about the pie for 30-60 minutes, doing your own thing.
With the help of a multicooker, you can cook any pie with any filling, depending on the imagination of the hostess and the preferences of the household. The pear pie in the slow cooker is especially good. Pears baked with sugar acquire a honey taste and just melt in your mouth. And the whipped dough in the closed space of the multicooker rises, doubles in size, and becomes fluffy and tender.

Hello! Today I will share a recipe for a delicious pear pie baked in a slow cooker. Both pears and apples are great for baking. If apples need to be peeled, then pears can be left with the skin on. These fruits are much softer, and in the finished cake, soft and juicy pieces are felt.
And to make the cake beautiful and festive, you need to cover the bottom of the bowl with parchment paper. It must be lubricated with vegetable or butter. Pear slices can be laid out on paper. Pieces should not be cut too large. More slices can be sprinkled with sugar. Pear pieces are also added to the dough itself, the pulp can be cut into cubes. The cake will take one hour to bake. After cooking, open the lid. And you can remove the cake using the steam grate.
It turns out an excellent pear pie, which can be divided into pieces and served at the table. These pies are suitable for cold and hot drinks. Children can eat this cake along with sweet sauces, such as berry jam, caramel, condensed milk.

How to cook pear pie in a slow cooker
First of all, separate the whites from the yolks. Combine egg whites with salt, beat at maximum speed until a strong foam is obtained.
You can not change the beaters of the mixer. Immediately beat the egg yolks, and then gradually add sugar to them. Mix the ingredients until smooth.
Melt butter over low heat. Gently fold the warm butter into the yolks with the sugar. Mix with a mixer.
Now you need to add whipped proteins. Use a wooden spoon or spatula to stir the contents. You should not stir in a circle, but raise the dough from the bottom to the top to maintain splendor.
After that, add flour sifted with baking powder into the bulk. Stir the dough until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
Wash the pears with water. Cut some into slices and the rest into small pieces. Add the pear to the dough, mix.
Cut out a circle from parchment paper, grease with oil. Put paper on the bottom of the bowl, spread the slices and sprinkle with sugar.
Then pour all the dough, smooth with a spatula. Close the lid, cook in the “Baking” option for 1 hour.
